Executive Director
Kayli is the founder of Sea People Surf Education, a program that has a very similar mission to Babes on Waves so a partnership was natural! You’ll find her driven by a passion to connect as many people as she can to the natural world around us. Kayli started teaching surf lessons in 2021, using her background as a yoga teacher and outdoor educator to seamlessly integrate surf skills into a whole body learning practice that is familiar and accessible to most Every Body she teaches.

Wyn is mom, wife, sister, friend, and tireless advocate for getting women and girls access to all the natural world has to offer.
She is so honored to be able to work with this amazing group of women to create more opportunities for access to surfing, sliding and community.
Marketing and Communications Director
Sarah grew up fearing the ocean, until a Costa Rica trip when she finally grabbed her husband’s surfboard rental and gave it a whirl. She’s been hooked ever since.
A forever-beginner and whitewash-frolicker, Sarah loves bringing others into the surfing community. If you ever need someone to hype you up, she’s it!

Treasurer
Jen came to surfing later in life, discovering it after a difficult breakup that ultimately led toward something deeply healing. What started as a new hobby turned into a passion, maybe an obsession! There’s nothing quite like the carefree, almost childlike bliss of a day spent in the water, surrounded by laughter and connection with friends and she is stoked to share that connection with Babes On Waves!
